Do you repair damaged malas or jewelry?
Yes. In the unfortunate situation where a Modern ŌM piece is damaged, we can repair it in most cases. There may be a nominal charge for repairs depending on the situation (Labor and return shipping plus any missing materials that must be replaced.) Contact us by email for details.
Shipping
Do you ship your products internationally?
Yes, we can ship products anywhere the USPS has connecting service. Please note: All Customs Duties or VAT that may be imposed by the receiving country are the buyers responsibility. Please check with your local authorities before ordering. Also, note that standard international shipping can be slow.
SPECIAL NOTE for our Friends in the EU
Effective 1 March 2023 the EU is requiring much additional information for shipments into the region. As a result, we are suspending sales to the EU until we can update our system to comply with this new regulation. We apologize for the inconvenience.
What if my package goes missing?
If your package is lost by the carrier we will assist with filing a claim and arranging a replacement.
However, once the tracking information indicates "Delivered” neither Modern ŌM nor it's shipping insurance is responsible for stolen or missing mail.
If your shipment is marked as delivered and you can't find it, you should contact the local office of the carrier for assistance as soon as possible.
