Shungite GUA SHA

Gua Sha practice is one of the most ancient healing technique developed by Traditional Chinese Medicine that helps to move stagnant energy in the body for better health.

Used in face and body massage, Gua Sha helps to reduce fluid buildup, release muscle tension, and improve circulation. 

For better energy flow, and to sculpt and contour facial features, use Gua Sha for several minutes daily, in your morning or evening skin care routine.

One of the special properties of Shungite is the fact that it contains Fullerenes, nano-sized carbon molecular structures that react easily with free radicals and act as a free radical sponge. Our Gua Sha measure approximately 3.2 x 2.0 x 0.25 inches.  Each is hand-made and comes in its own convenient carrying pouch.

• Apply several drops of RESTŌRE Palo Santo Oil Blend, or your favorite facial oil, on clean skin.
• Start at the neck and jaw and work your way up to the cheeks, under eye areas and forehead, using gentle pressure.
• Sweep the tool upward or outward, repeat 3-5 times before moving into the next area of your face.
• Breath with each stroke.
